Cummins designs, manufactures, sells and services our products in 190 countries and territories across the world. Consistent with Cummins policies, the Company is always committed to complying with export control and sanctions laws and regulations. The Cummins Export Control and Sanctions Regulations Policy affirms the Company’s commitment to complying with the laws where it does business, complying with U.S. export control laws and regulations wherever they apply, and implementing any other requirements decided by the Cummins Board of Directors. This commitment applies to all Cummins entities worldwide, including foreign subsidiaries, affiliates and permanent foreign establishments that Cummins controls.
