Tata Cummins Private Limited organizes blood donation camp in collaboration with Jamshedpur Blood Bank
Jamshedpur, India: Tata Cummins Pvt. Ltd. (TCPL) the largest manufacture of high-performance, reliable, and durable engines in India in collaboration with Jamshedpur Blood Bank, organized a blood donation camp in front of the TCPL facility in Jamshedpur on April 9, 2022. The blood donation camp was inaugurated by esteemed dignitary Shri Anup Singh, MLA, Jharkhand. This camp is expected to benefit 700+ people as a total of 230 units of blood was collected which would be used for helping people injured in accidents, undergoing cancer treatment, and battling blood diseases, among other reasons.
On this occasion Mr. Ramphal Nehra, Plant Manager, Tata Cummins Pvt. Ltd. (TCPL) said “Over the last 29 years Tata Cummins Private Limited has always cared for communities in and around Jamshedpur and Jharkhand region. Our commitment towards corporate responsibility and caring for our communities in which we operate has only increased over the years. Tata Cummins Private Limited (TCPL) leadership and employees actively participated in this blood donation camp which was organized on April 9, 2022. We believe that donating blood is a selfless act, and a noble gesture that fills the donor with happiness to be able to help another human being. At TCPL, we are simply living our value of caring by organizing this camp. We would like to thank Shri Anup Singh, MLA for lending us his support and coming for the inauguration. His support and partnership helped us in making the camp a big success.”
