Cummins named top 100 diversity leader

This annual list, based on comprehensive surveys of employees and workplace experts, highlights companies that are leading the way in diversity across Europe.

Ranking 76^th, this recognition showcases Cummins' ongoing commitment to building an inclusive workforce through global initiatives focused on nurturing diversity.

Recent achievements include receiving a Silver Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), which recognises Cummins' active support of the Armed Forces community, encompassing Reservists, Veterans, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs), military spouses, and partners.

Cummins Powers Women, a global initiative with a $23 million commitment to empowering women and girls worldwide, also launched a new campaign this year on International Women’s Day. The campaign, themed #InclusioninAction, brings together employee resource groups, regional teams, and nonprofit organisations to host events and programmes focused on gender equality and inclusion as a core company value.

Cummins has made significant progress in diversity leadership. According to the 2023 Sustainability Progress Report, four out of five of Cummins’ business segments are now led by women, and nearly 40% of its U.S. workforce identifies as People of Colour.

Cummins is committed to enhancing DE&I awareness and skills across the organisation by educating employees on cultural competence, valuing differences, and fostering an inclusive environment. The company encourages all employees to take personal responsibility for DE&I and provides extensive learning and development opportunities to support this.
