Shveta Arya, Managing Director  

Shveta is Managing Director at Cummins India Limited. She currently leads the Power System Business Unit for Cummins India Limited. She is responsible for driving growth and enhancing market presence for Power Generation and Industrial businesses serving India and global markets. Shveta also led the launch of the CPCB IV+ range of products for the Powergen market in India, featuring amongst the most comprehensive and stringent emission standards for powergen in the world. In her previous role as the Distribution business leader for Cummins in India, Shveta set the vision for growth over five years, and the business had grown significantly under her leadership. In the past, Shveta has also served as the Strategy Leader for Cummins in India.

Rekha, Independent Director

Rekha Anil is a Non-Executive Independent Director of Cummins India Limited. She has rich experience of the Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Automation & Energy Management industries, primarily in the disciplines of P&L Management, Marketing, Program Management, Quality Management, Talent Management, Hardware & Software Development and Product Design & Innovation. Rekha is currently working as a World-wide Leader for Global Developer & India Leader for Customer Experience & Support in Microsoft India R&D. Prior to Microsoft, she has worked with Eaton, Schneider-Electric, Honeywell, GE Research and Technology and Bosch. Rekha has won several Industry Innovation Awards. She has authored and presented papers at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) conference in Singapore and India. She was also invited to deliver talks at NASA, IEEE, PMI and other Industrial Forums.

Vibha Paul Rishi, Independent Director

Ms. Vibha Paul Rishi is a Non-Executive Independent Director of Cummins India Limited. She  started her career with Tata Administrative Service and was part of the core start-up team of Titan Watches. Thereafter, she was associated with PepsiCo for 17 years attaining leadership roles in the areas of marketing and innovation in India, United States and United Kingdom. She was also one of the founding team members of PepsiCo when it began operations in India. Later, she moved to PepsiCo’s headquarters in the US to be a part of its international marketing team, followed by an innovation leadership role in London. Her last role in an executive capacity was as an Executive Director, Brand and Human Capital of Max India, prior to which she was the Director, marketing, and customer strategy at the Future Group.

Lira Goswami, Independent Director

Lira Goswami is a Non-Executive Independent Director of Cummins India Limited. She has rich experience of more than 30 years in corporate, commercial and regulatory work including international business transactions, strategic advisory, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance in various sectors including in the defence, energy, pharma, food and other sectors. Lira is one of the founding partners of Associated Law Advisers (ALA) and heads the corporate and regulatory team at ALA. Lira is a regular speaker on foreign investment, defence procurement, trade, regulatory and compliance issues and has spoken in several anti-corruption conferences in India and C5’s Defence Procurement seminars in Washington and Paris. She has also authored articles on diverse subjects including Disinvestment, Related Party Transactions, Foreign Exchange Regulations, Insurance as a tool of Wealth Management, Law and Morality, Legal Obligation and Civil Disobedience etc.

Donald Jackson, Non-Executive Director

Donald Jackson is a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director on the Cummins Board since 2018 and also holds the position of Vice President - Treasury & Tax at Cummins Inc. He has 30 years of experience as a global financial risk management professional. Since May 2015, Donald has headed the Global Corporate Treasury function including Debt Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange & Commodity Risk Management, Bank Relationships, Short Term Liquidity, Corporate Credit and Pension Risk Management at Cummins Inc. Before joining Cummins Inc., he worked with Hewlett-Packard (HP) in various Treasury areas and as a Foreign Exchange Trader in the Capital Markets area at Grupo Financiero Banamex-Accival (a financial institution headquartered in Mexico).

Jennifer Mary Bush, Chairperson (Non-Executive and Non-Independent)

Jennifer Mary Bush is a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of Cummins India Limited and holds the position of Vice President of Cummins Inc., USA and President of the Cummins Power Systems Business. Jennifer had joined Cummins Inc. in 1997 and since then she had contributed to organisation’s success in various leadership roles spanning power generation, industrial markets and distribution. She has rich experience which includes serving as a Six Sigma Blackbelt in Power Systems, leading the Global Commercial Marine Engine business and directing key distribution markets in the USA. Jennifer has a strong business acumen focused on painting a vision and energizing teams to deliver outstanding results for customers and the business. She possesses deep expertise in large industrial markets including the commercial marine, oil & gas and mining segments. She is serves on the board of a public company and non-profit organisation in USA.

Sekhar Natarajan (Non-executive and Independent)

Sekhar Natarajan is a Non-Executive and Independent Director of Cummins India Limited. Sekhar is a career professional with high integrity and passion for results. A qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, he moved cross-functionally, after a decade of heading Finance in Monsanto India, to more challenging commercial and business roles. In his long career, Sekhar has led and built Monsanto India as a leading growth and innovation company in Ag sector first as its MD, then as South Asia Lead and later on as both Executive and Non -Executive Chairman of its Board (till its 2019 merger with Bayer). He is a recognised people leader and a strategic thinker with rich global experience in Business Development and M&A.He is the Managing Partner of M/s. S.N Consultants and a Founding Partner of AgVaya LLP where he provides strategic advice and guidance to local and international companies. He also works closely with industry forums on policy and advocacy matters.

Farokh N. Subedar (Non-executive and Independent)

Mr. Farokh Subedar is a Non-Executive and Independent Director of Cummins India Limited. He is the Non-Executive Chairman of DCB Bank Ltd. He has vast experience in the areas of business management, finance, taxation, law, risk management and accounts. Mr. Subedar superannuated from Tata Sons Limited as its Chief Operating Officer and also functioned as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Mr. Subedar’s association with Tatas spans over 38 years. He has been on the boards of various Tata companies and is currently the Vice Chairman of Tata Investment Corporation Ltd and serves in the boards of Tata Capital and Tata Industries. He has been the past President of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. Subedar holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Cornlius O'Sullivan (Non-executive and Non-Independent)

Mr. Cornelius O’Sullivan is a Non- Executive and Non- Independant Director of Cummins India Limited. He is currently serving as Executive Director – PSBU Supply Chain and Operations at Cummins Inc. Mr. O’Sullivan has worked in various Supply Chain roles throughout his 30-year career. Since joining Cummins in 1997, Mr. O’Sullivan began as the Global SQI leader based in Huddersfield, England.  Mr. O’Sullivan earned an MSc in Purchasing and is MCIPS accredited. Over the last 10 years, he has increased responsibility within Power Systems supply chain and currently leads strategy, planning, logistics, procurement and synchronous business planning. He has also been a member of the Cummins Supply Chain Leadership Team for the last three years and has been engaged in setting the supply chain transformation roadmap. Most recently, Mr. O’Sullivan’s responsibility has included leading the design and launch of the first Regional Operating Team in EMEA.

Thierry Pimi, (Non-executive and Non-Independent)

Thierry is a Non Executive and Non-independent Director in Cummins India Limited and leads the DBU International Operations at Cummins Inc., a role he took on in July 2024. Prior to this, he led AME ABO for 6 years, the Southern Africa Distribution for 2 years and the North & West Africa regional distribution for 3 years. In these roles, he developed exceptional people skills and demonstrated solid financial, strategic, and commercial acumen. Thierry joined Cummins in 2009 in the Corporate Strategy team in Columbus, Indiana, where he led several projects involving growth, profitability, divestiture and acquisitions. In 2011, Thierry was appointed Africa Mining Business Leader, a role in which he built and leveraged strong relations with Africa Distributors to expand coverage and improve preference for Cummins power.
